We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. There are two types of returns:
1. Customer-related: The customer is responsible for shipping costs (except for special policies of third-party platforms).
2. Our-related (logistics, quality, etc.): Free return, exchange, or refund.

1 Year Exclude the above Parts without Warranty We provide a one-year warranty divided into two stages:

1. Within the first six months, we offer free warranty for quality issues not caused by human factors. However, after-sales problems caused by human factors will incur a fee for warranty service.

2. After the initial six months, customers are responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with any after-sales services. The exact costs will be communicated by our customer service representatives based on the specific details of each order.

Warranty Policy Procedures

Step 1: Please contact us via email/online chat/WhatsApp/social media official platform. Kindly provide the following details: product photos/videos (including packaging photos for returns), details of the issue, VIN (if applicable), error codes, etc. Additionally, please send us the purchase receipt and information regarding the platform from which you made the purchase.
Step 2: Our after-sales customer service team will assess the complaint within the designated after-sales timeframe and determine if any fees are applicable. They will also contact the relevant development or procurement personnel to provide after-sales recommendations, such as sending replacement parts, arranging for return and resend, or directly resending the product.
Step 3: Contact customers to provide after-sales solutions and negotiate solutions;
Step 4: We will arrange for product returning, resending or refund, and then end after-sales service;
