1. Two Return Ports: Return Path Issue

🔴 Red arrow points to distributor → Oil flow not passing through radiator, excessive flow → Overheating
🔵 Blue arrow points to radiator, normal (cooled oil)

2. Normal Condition:

Upper pump housing return = low flow rate ✅
Standard oil tank return = medium flow rate ✅

3. Abnormal Condition:

Lower pump housing return = excessive flow rate ❌
This is an abnormal condition and will lead to overheating.

4. Cause:

Internal wear of the hydraulic pump
Internal oil leakage → generates heat + low pressure

5. Inspection Items:

Check the check valve on the distributor
If damaged → Replace
If the pump is worn → Overhaul or replace
